Log in to ADE365 and unlock everything — here's a quick overview.
Create a password using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Never use "12345" or your date of birth as a password.
After logging in, activate 2FA from Settings. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile with every login — so even if someone knows your password, they still can't get in.

Forgetting your password happens — it's perfectly normal. Recovering it on ADE365 is straightforward. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, enter your mobile number, receive an OTP, and set a new password. The whole process takes under 3 minutes. OTP login is also available. For those who prefer not to remember a password, you can log in using just your mobile number and a one-time OTP. Each OTP is valid for 5 minutes only — it expires after that.
If you're having trouble logging in, start by checking your internet connection. Then clear your browser cache or update the app. If the problem persists, contact support via live chat — they'll assist you in real time.
From a security standpoint, all logins on ADE365 are fully encrypted. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is hashed. Even ADE365 staff cannot see your password. That's the hallmark of a secure system.
Keep in mind — every action taken on your account after login is logged. If anything unusual is detected, ADE365 will alert you. This system is in place to protect our members.
Once biometric login is set up on the ADE365 app, all future logins require just a fingerprint or face scan. No more typing your password each time.

Changing your password every 3 months is a good habit. Make sure the new password is different from the previous one, and never reuse a password from another app.
Always log out after playing on a shared device or in a public place. You'll also find a "Log out of all devices" option in Settings.
With 2FA enabled, even if your password is compromised, no one can access your account without the OTP. It's the most effective layer of protection available.
