When installing the ADE365 Android or iOS app, certain device permissions will be requested. The reason for each is explained below:
The app only accesses permissions you have explicitly granted — nothing beyond that. Permissions can be updated at any time through your phone's settings on both Android and iOS.
ADE365 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

When using online platforms in Bangladesh, the biggest concern is often — "Where is my data going?" ADE365 takes this question seriously, which is exactly why this page was written — not in legal jargon, but in plain, straightforward English.
First and foremost — ADE365 does not profit from your data. Many free platforms survive by selling user data. ADE365 operates on an entirely different model — we generate revenue through gaming services, not your information. So there is simply no question of your phone number ending up with any marketing company.
The second point concerns password security. Passwords on ADE365 are never stored in plain text. A process called bcrypt hashing converts your password into a code that cannot be reversed to reveal the original. No ADE365 employee can see your password — which is why the "Forgot Password" option lets you set a new one rather than retrieve the old one.
Third point — KYC and NID. Many users are hesitant to submit their NID, which is completely understandable. At ADE365, KYC documents are used solely for age verification and anti-money laundering purposes — a mandatory requirement under our international gaming licence. All documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to a designated, authorised team. Upon account closure, they are deleted once the legally required retention period has passed.
Fourth point — biometrics in the mobile app. If you enable fingerprint or Face ID on the ADE365 app, that biometric data never reaches our servers. It stays entirely within your device's secure chip. ADE365 only receives a "verification success or failure" signal from your device — not the biometric data itself.
The fifth point concerns IP addresses. ADE365 logs your IP address, but it is not used to track you. It serves two specific purposes: sending alerts when login attempts are made from unfamiliar locations on the same account, and enforcing regional restrictions where ADE365 services are prohibited. IP data is deleted after 90 days.

From your ADE365 account settings, you can turn off marketing notifications, customize push notifications, and submit a data deletion request through support — all in one place.
